Project Manager

Shae Kolk has worked for Conservation Volunteers Australia for over seven years as a project manager and environmental specialist, with a Bachelor of Environmental Science in Coastal Management from Southern Cross University. Currently, she is a Project Manager for Wild Futures, where she overseeing small and large-scale projects, managing budgets, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

Shae is particularly dedicated to the conservation of threatened species, including Koalas and Glossy Black-Cockatoos. Known for her excellent communication skills, she builds strong community partnerships and engages diverse audiences. Her leadership and dedication to conservation are evident in her ability to lead teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions.
