Phil Harrison CEO

As a young man, I was fortunate to study at Brunel University in London and travel widely across Europe whilst learning a lot of about the impacts of economic development on our environment.

Over the past 35 years, I have held various roles within CVA and assisted the organisation to develop a unique combination of skills, experience and capacity in the conservation domain. This enables CVA to provide thousands of people with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the care and rehabilitation of our environment.

My role as CEO is very much about the people. I have the privilege of leading the wonderful team at CVA and we continue to partner with government, community groups, corporate partners and countless individual supporters across Australia to make a practical, positive difference to the health of the environment.

I am a passionate storyteller, even when I am not at “work”, I am stimulating discussions about the planet we inhabit.
