Conservation Volunteers Australia is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced person to take responsibility for the development and management of overall business objectives and delivery of programs across the Mallee, Goldfields and Alpine regions of Northern Victoria.
You will have management experience in the field of environmental and conservation programs as well as a highly developed ability to up-sell and close the deal.
Essential for success in this role:
- Dynamic interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as the enthusiasm and energy to contribute to a vibrant organisation, raising the profile and influence of Conservation Volunteers
- Demonstrated experience in the proactive development of strong business relationships and delivery of income targets
- Previous experience in a volunteer or not-for-profit organisation
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated interest in, and understanding of, Australia’s environmental priorities
- Valid full driver’s licence
