Can you help with flood recovery?

Help with flood recovery

The floods in southern Queensland and northern NSW have been heart-wrenching, and they’re still wreaking havoc in people’s lives.

Not only are those who live in affected areas suffering the after-effects of the disaster, but our natural environment is under extreme strain too. Years of habitat restoration have been wiped away, while tonnes of plastic is being washed down rivers and out to sea as you read this. We are all still trying to process the enormity of what has happened.

While first responders, support services and communities are working tirelessly around the clock to provide immediate relief, planning is now underway to start the longer process of recovery.

Wondering what you can do to help with flood recovery?

If you can spare some time, we urgently need your help to recover the tonnes of plastic that’s been washed downstream and is now polluting beaches, and to replant the thousands of koala habitat trees and saplings that have been destroyed.
