CVA makes a difference for the environment and communities through CSR & Social License Partnerships
The annual CVA World Environment Day Planting Challenge, supported this year by ExxonMobil, is our largest in-person corporate planting event that brings businesses from across the country together to help restore and protect our environment.

As the second event in our Corporate Challenge Series, this challenge event will take place on Friday 4th June to celebrate World Environment Day.

World Environment Day itself is 5th June and encourages global support for environmental protection in the Decade of Restoration.

This challenge contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) 3, 13, 14, 15, 17.

Corporate teams of up to 10 participants will work together to plant as many plants as possible, on the same day across the country, and attempt to beat our 2019 achievement of 16,000 natives planted across Australia and New Zealand. As each event site is unique, a variety of different flora species specific to each site location will be planted.

As a national event, the challenge will take place at the same time across the country in each time zone. There are a limited number of places available, so get in quick as they will be filled on a first in, first served basis.
Please note that due to demand and capacity limitations, each corporate will only be allowed to enter 1 team per location and there is a $3,000 registration fee per team for those wishing to participate.

If you would like to participate in this challenge, you can register to participate next to each event below. Get in quick, places will be limited!
