Engage your staff in sustainability and innovation challenges that make a difference.

The Corporate Challenge Series offers your organisation the opportunity to get your staff involved in tackling some of the defining environmental challenges of our time.

Featuring innovation and team challenges, your staff can engage virtually or in person around the country. Employees will build confidence, skills and methods to approach their everyday work.

The CVA Corporate Challenge Series launched in response to the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration

This is the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, and there has never been a more urgent time to apply our time, skills, experience and innovation towards a more important cause.

Ecosystems support all life on Earth. The healthier our ecosystems are, the healthier the planet – and its people. The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration aims to prevent, halt and reverse the degradation of ecosystems on every continent and in every ocean. It can help to end poverty, combat climate change and prevent a mass extinction. It will only succeed if everyone plays a part.

– UN Decade of Ecosystem Restoration

Innovative Challenge Series

CVA is running four Corporate Challenge events throughout the year, across multiple locations, to help people take action for nature and provide the opportunity for organisations to participate in activities that positively impact communities and our natural world.

Each challenge event aligns with an international day of recognition, including Earth Day, World Environment Day, World Habitat Day and International Volunteer Day.

CVA Corporate Challenge Series - Tree Planting

Why get involved?

The Corporate Challenge Series is the perfect opportunity for organisations to engage staff in team building events that provide meaningful in-person volunteering and innovative online activities.

Our in-person, outdoor challenges offer the opportunity to connect with nature and get physically active through tree planting and clean up activities which make a real and tangible difference. Participants tell us that they love the opportunity to meet other people in their organisation and create new relationships in a friendly and competitive atmosphere, to take out the challenge trophy.

In our virtual innovation challenge, employees are able to work together on their own time from different locations around the world without requiring face-to-face meetings – fostering an open culture of creativity which breaks down silos between departments within your company as well as those across organisations.

“The Aon Charitable Foundation is a long-time partner of CVA, and to have this opportunity to support CVA and Australian native wildlife, while providing a fantastic virtual engagement opportunity for our colleagues is amazing.”

– Fiona Norris, Manager, The Aon Charitable Foundation
