Cadbury’s Iconic Freddo helping to save the frogs

Cadbury is supporting CVA to implement a project that will help protect the critically endangered Spotted Tree Frog, as part of their “Freddo Helping to Save the Frogs” marketing campaign.

CVA is delighted to have support from the iconic Freddo frog as part of the Cadbury Dairy Milk “Freddo Helping to Save the Frogs” campaign. CVA will be working with our community of volunteers and local partners to plan and implement a project that will help protect the critically endangered Spotted Tree Frog, which has been further impacted by the recent bushfires in North East Victoria.

Critically Endangered Spotted Tree Frog

This three-year partnership aims to improve the frog’s habitat and reduce environmental pressures for this endangered species.

“We’re so proud to be able to work with Conservation Volunteers Australia to deliver a project that will give these endangered species a chance to repopulate and flourish. It’s a long-term commitment to ensure that CVA can deliver real outcomes for the survival of these amazing animals.”

Earlier this year, Freddo gave up his place on the front of specially marked Cadbury packs for his real-life endangered frog friends to help raise awareness and educate Australians and Kiwis about the plight of these animals. Keep your eyes open for more ways Freddo is helping to the Save the Frogs over the coming months.
