The Lodge offers an eco-accommodation base set on 117 hectares of natural bushland, located on the edge of the pristine Little Desert National Park in Western Victoria. Facilities include en-suite and bunkroom accommodation, licensed dining facilities for up to 120 guests, guided tours, wildlife viewing and nature trails.
The Casual Chef is required to assist the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef in the provision of the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction, catering for large scale functions at the Lodge.
For success in this role you will need:
- A relevant catering qualification
- Previous experience in working in a commercial kitchen
- Strong understanding of the OH&S requirements in hospitality and catering
- Willingness to work as part of a small team
